Deal gives Niagara Bottling increase in water pumping

LAKE COUNTY -- The St. John's River Water Management District has decided that the Niagara Bottling company can increase the amount of water it is pumping from the ground.The deal is contingent on the Lake County bottling company gradually shifting its water withdrawal from Florida's Upper aquifer to the lower aquifer.
