ORLANDO --
Leaders with Orange County Public Schools say too many students are not graduating on time.
That’s why they put a program called Expectation Graduation into place this year to help more students graduate.
The first student to make it to the finish line under the new program is Carolina Pizarro.
Last September, Dr. Phillips High Assistant Principal Jackie Ramsey knocked on Pizarro’s front door.
"She told me that she wanted me to go back to school,” said Pizarro.
