Montverde Academy tournament draws top basketball teams from U.S.

MONTVERDE — Ben Simmons, right, a talented 6-foot-9 player who has committed to LSU, will lead Montverde Academy's powerhouse basketball team during this week's Montverde Academy Invitational Tournament.
In it's 11th year, the tournament starts Thursday and runs through Saturday in the school's Center for Sportsmanship and Wellness off County Road 455. The event features eight top teams from around the U.S.
