Man abducted from Lake County home

SORRENTO --
Deputies in Lake County are investigating the abduction of a man from a home in Sorrento. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office said the man was abducted from a home on Round Lake Road and sustained injuries. He was transported to Florida Hospital Waterman in Tavares for treatment.
Investigators said the incident was not a random act and the home was targeted.
The name of the man who was abducted has not been released.
