Child nearly drowns in Clermont swimming pool

CLERMONT --
A child is hospitalized after nearly drowning in Lake County.
It happened just before 5 p.m. Saturday on West Apshawa Road.
Deputies said the child fell into a swimming pool.
An ambulance rushed the child to South Lake Hospital.
The child was later transferred to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children for further treatment.
